The New Year’s resolution season is upon us! While the intentions are noble, the follow-through? Not so much. Here are the top 5 resolutions that everyone makes with gusto but hilariously abandon faster than you can say "New Year, same me."


1. Hit the Gym Every Day

January 1st: You’re a fitness warrior. January 2nd: You’re negotiating with yourself if lifting the remote counts as arm day.

Why It Fails: Soreness, laziness, or the realization that your bed is a perfectly valid workout partner.


2. Eat Healthy

Day 1: Salad and green smoothies. Day 2: Pizza and leftover holiday cookies (because "waste not, want not," right?).

Why It Fails: Kale just can’t compete with chocolate.


3. Save Money

Resolution: "I’ll stick to a budget this year!" Reality: New Year’s sales screaming, "BUY ME!"
